MASTER COURSE: Coffee Roasting & Retail ~ January 11th – March 15, 2014
The Master Course curriculum is specifically designed for entrepreneurs seeking to build necessary skills to run their own small food businesses. Topics include everything from sourcing ingredients to finance and marketing skills and will be taught by industry leaders of the coffee sector.
FOOD ENTREPRENEUR’S BUSINESS INTENSIVE ~ January 20th – 24th, 2014
The Business Intensive curriculum has been specifically developed for existing food practitioners and is taught by professional consultants who have developed their expertise working specifically with small to mid-scale businesses.
