Workshop: Business Planning @ Bauman College
We’re working with Bauman College to present aspiring entrepreneurs with Business Planning tactics they can use as a baseline for launching a new business. Food Craft Institute instructor Wendy Weiden will teach students the components that go into outlining a plan that can grow with their business for years to come. Workshop topics include:
- Establishing a business vision
- Developing a business plan
- Selecting sales channels
- Assessing operational holes & gaps
- Determining COGS, sales projections & profit margins
