FCI at Eat Real Festival 2017
On September 22 – 24 the Eat Real Festival – the premier educational program of Food Craft Institute – is back in Jack London Square for the 9th year running.
We’re breaking all records this year, with over TWENTY Food Craft Institute Alumni participating, not to mention a number of our beloved instructors. Several Alumni are even launching their businesses at the festival!
Here’s your guide to eating and drinking with FCI over the weekend.

These alumni will be on-site serving food, selling packaged products and pouring beverages for the entirety of the weekend.

Geek Out Tasting Events
Last but not least, we’ll be launching our public Geek Out tasting events at the festival with a one hour teaser on perfecting your burger. Belcampo CEO Anya Fernald will lead participants through a pro tasting of four different burger grinds. This is a ticketed event.
