Dennis Kearney is the founder and chocolatier behind Coco Délice Fine Chocolates, a boutique confection company specializing in French influenced artisan style chocolates. Dennis founded Coco Délice in 2005 after first experimenting with pastry and also after training in France and Chicago. He also spent four months living and studying in northern Italy, an experience that later would greatly influence his style of chocolate making. His confections have won numerous awards including Best Truffle at the San Francisco International Chocolate Salon and recently his new beer infused dark chocolate– Bison Black Magic Chocolates earned a 2014 Good Food Award for Best Confection.
The mission at Coco Délice is to create extraordinary chocolates, in both flavor and appearance, while maintaining a balance between business, community and the environment. The attention to all these details is for one reason only – to make life a little sweeter.
