Howard Greenstone is advising CEO of Marcus Samuelsson Group and, in conjunction with partner Jonathan Waxman, the founder of Waxstone Group, LLC. Formerly, Howard was President/CEO and partner of Rosa Mexicano. From 2001 to 2013, he was a key leader in charting the popular Mexican restaurant group’s ambitious and strategic plans for national growth, creating a proprietary series of on-site cooking classes and launching the company’s first commercial product line, RM Kitchen. A seasoned operator who led Rosa Mexicano to its current 15 locations nationwide and 4 international licensing deals, Howard was previously Vice President of Dry Dock Restaurants in Weehawken, NJ, and Director of Operations of Sfuzzi restaurants in ten states. Howard’s current projects include the Nashville, TN, restaurant Adele’s, as well as a three-part expansion plan for Waxstone Group.
