Kai founded Nosh This in August 2010 in response to his love of chocolate. And, of course bacon. He really likes bacon.
The name “Nosh This” is a tongue-in-cheek reference to Kai’s half-Jewish heritage, with a little bit of attitude thrown in. Nosh This has as its foundation a deference to the principles of sustainability and great taste. Kai takes pride in using the highest quality ingredients he can find, and sourcing organic and local when possible. From dairy and nuts, to honey and chocolate, Kai’s made an effort to find the best ingredients amongst the abundance that Northern California, and the Bay Area in particular, have to offer. Kai makes all of Nosh This’ products in small batches and by hand, paying careful attention to detail – a difference he believes you’ll taste beginning with your very first bite.
