In 2004, Minh founded Hodo Soy with the simple mission of crafting the highest quality, best-tasting, freshest soymilk, tofu, and yuba (tofu skins) possible. These days, you can still find Minh hard at work at the farmers’ markets in his favorite role as Tofu Ambassador. Before becoming Hodo’s Tofu Master, Minh spent 10 years in strategic consulting and finance. He graduated from Columbia University with a BA and Masters in Economic Development. When not at The Beanery, Minh enjoys spending time with his wife and grooming his two young boys to be future tofu masters.
