Noble Brewer Announced Food.Fund.Fest Winner
It’s been a busy few weeks for Claude Burns, founder of Noble Brewer. This time two weeks ago, Claude and four other entrepreneurs were putting the final touches on their pitches for Food.Fund.Fest. Now their business plans have been pitched, the feedback panel has spoken, and Noble Brewer was announced our winner!
But all the funding fun couldn’t happen in one night. We had Claude rejoin us on Saturday at the Eat Real Fest Main Stage, where Food Craft Institute Director Ally DeArman and Oakland Mayer Libby Schaaf shared the honors of presenting Claude with his grand prize – a $1,500 check and a certificate for ongoing education at the Food Craft Institute.
How did Claude choose to celebrate? By dedicating his Saturday to DRINKING REAL and slinging Noble Brewer beer for more than 75,000 thirsty Eat Real patrons. Noble Brewer’s Nevermore Chocolate Porter even landed the home brew beer club a spot in SF Weekly‘s six favorite finds at the festival!
